OFFENSIVE COMMANDER CRAFTING ITEMS: Craft the new items from the Tech Factory and equip them on the Offensive Commanders, who will have their Equipment sections, Inventory tabs, and unique crafting material. C) Province Occupation: Every time the occupier of a Province is changed and their health is under 30%, we will restore 10% of the Province's Health.
