Update 11: Coins, Shopping Crate, Bug fixes

[h2]Shopping Crate:[/h2] Many players asked for this, so it's been made a reality. Once you unlock it by purchasing the voucher, you can now use a shopping crate to hold multiple items at once. You can throw as many items as you like into the crate and bring it to the scale with you to purchase multiple items at once! Removing a coin from the stack will drop coins and line them up unevenly as they fall using custom physics. The rewrite improves item and coin parsing and optimization. The scale now supports better physics and the new coin stacking algorithm.
