KnockOut party is a physics-based 4 players arena fighting game. With fake death feature that allows you to overcome obstacles in a non-standard way and take a shortcut. Knockout your opponent via weapons, game objects or even unarmed.
Hello everyone. We received a lot of feedback and suggestions about our game. In this update we took into account a part of the wishes. This update contains: a small rebalance of the game, a lot of new kicked objects, more death zones on some maps, and of course fixes.
Changes list:
- Limit of the wins on map was decreased from 5 to 3.
- All throwable stuff now have same throw force. As for now you can expect almost the same throwing behaviour for all throwables.
- Weapon attack animation speed was increased by 25%.
- Leg kick animation speed was increased by 25%.
- Leg kick damage was decreased from 6 to 3 damage.
- Knockout time for all weapons was decreased from 5 to 3 seconds.
- Changed objects kick aim algorithm. Objects kicks now should be more predictable.
- Construction map changes:
Cement death zone size was increased by ~50%.
Beams count was decreased from 12 to 8( minus 2 for each bundle ).
Map size was decreased.
Increased amount of "physics" objects.
- Coliseum map changes:
Central hole size was increased by ~50%.
Bis spikes which places around center now kills the player.
Columns with swords now kills the player.
- Storehouse map changes:
Increased amount of "physics" objects.
You can no longer reach top shelf.
Island map changes:
Increased amount of "physics" objects.
New obstacles.
- Tickrate of the game was increased from 25hz to 50hz.
- Controls panel was added into in-match pause menu.
- Fixed cursor lock when you kicked in menu after disconnect.
- Knock sound no longer trigger on self knock ( fake death ).
- Added hit sound. Trigger when you deal damage to the enemy.
