Procedurally generated, asphalt roads can now be found near the islands' edges. Some have said that it goes on forever - though there might be some truth to it since it circles around the map rather than having a dead end.
Roads bring a lot of potential to Strayers' lives - may it be good or bad. While running down the asphalt, you'll encounter remnants of an abandoned civilization through roadside junkpiles.

Strayers are known to be as hungry and desperate for survival as they come. Some may call them junk; Strayers will call them treasures!

[b]PRO TIP:[/b] Make sure you're prepared for your ventures on the road. Due to popular demand, junkpiles have become a common Strayer spot - meaning you'll be fighting more than you're used to in the wilderness when you're on the road.
The introduction of roads and roadside junkpiles is just the tip of the iceberg for our continued development of Strayed. Although, the roads are a little rough at the moment, since it's a work-in-progress. However, with Roads now in place, the destiny of some of the most awaited features have now been set in stone. We can't wait for you to experience Strayed just the way you want it to be!
