Patch Notes (Nov 23 -> Dec 24) Update 0.02.01:
- Fixed bug with Chaingun where it didn't actually add firerate
- Reduced spread on Firerate+
- Balanced enemy health for more fun early:
Enemies now have about 30% of their original health, but health scales more later. (+2/room * 1.06/room)
- Added damage to a lot of "cosmetic" upgrades, just to make them worthwhile
- Downside-only upgrades now all come with an upside (bad aim, for example)
- Update bounciness to work at all angles, not just on horizontal walls
- Added dash burst upgrade
- Added AOE size upgrade
