Changes: [*]Fixed a bug where colliding with an enemy with a double ship upgrade would destroy that enemy without clearing out its spot in the swarm for respawning. This was causing a situation where it was possible to get stuck in the Tutorial, unable to progress. [*]Made it so that the game now presents a menu asking if the player wants to play the Tutorial. Selecting "No" makes the game stop asking until the player re-enables the Tutorial via the Options menu.
