The DLC was released. This DLC contains all the game cards (except for those with sexual explicit contents) and an artbook in PDF format. You will find it into Ash & Tor's main installation folder. Can't you see that? Open the new "DLC" folder located into main installation folder of Ash & Tor. If you have any issue, restart Steam and visit the download page.
