The Good Overlord

The Good Overlord is a roguelike autobattler bag-builder in which you’ll be playing as the Overlord. Instead of killing the Hero, your mission is to guide him until the end of your dungeon, where he’ll have to face you.

Now, instead of a single interaction, you can click on multiple characters and engage with them if you have the GOLD to do so. To enhance the experience further, we’ve also added new dialogue options that provide more context and depth to the characters. This not only adds a new layer of strategy and choice but also allows you to dive deeper into the personalities and stories within the tavern. While there’s still plenty of work to do, the core systems are in place and functioning as intended. This is a huge milestone for us, and we’re excited to continue building on this foundation. [b][h3]All Biomes Are Done! (Artwise)[/h3] [/b]What a ride it’s been, but we’re excited to announce that the art for all 9 biomes is finally complete! Each biome has been crafted with care, and we can’t wait for you to explore them all. [b][h3]Relic Room Rework[/h3] [/b]The Relic Room has undergone a complete overhaul. The previous room has now been repurposed as the Magic Room (which we’re already planning to rework soon). We’re confident the new Relic Room will enhance your gameplay experience. These changes should make the boss battles more exciting and memorable, and we’re eager to see what you think. [b][h3](WIP) Unlocking NPC's[/h3] [/b]We’ve made significant progress on the NPCs as well. The first cutscene and introductions for the NPCs are done, and we’re sure you’ll love the characters we’ve brought to life.
