Dear dwellers,
Firstly, we'd like to extend our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for making the past three weeks since launch an absolutely enchanting journey. Your support, feedback, and unwavering enthusiasm have truly made Deepest Chamber a spellbinding adventure.
With this patch, we're introducing some QoL improvements as well as a much awaited Controller Support revamp.
But before that, let's take a look at what's happened in the depths of Dolmin over the past three weeks:

Telemetry has certainly helped us understand our own game better, so we'd like to dedicate a major thanks to those dwellers that are sharing their data with us!
In some more clear examples of how this data has helped us rebalance the game and make it better, we noticed that players' health on difficulty 1 almost never went down during the Needle or Quartermaster fights, as the graph above shows player's health situation during those fights, so we had to adjust those two fights to make them more interesting.
With that out of the way, here's what's new in our latest patch:
🎮 Controller support just got better
Thanks to your feedback, we're pushing a new update regarding controller support later today. We went a bit overboard with the initial implementation and made it feel too much like an extension of a mouse, which resulted in a pretty tedious gameplay experience and that's not what we wanted.
We've ironed out most of those kinks and after today's update, playing the game with a controller should feel much, much better. We still have a couple of other 'quality of life' improvements in mind, but please let us know how you like the changes we’ve implemented so far by commenting here or on our Discord server.
