[QoL] Added the ability to skip animations for gaining production, tools, and workers. [QoL] Improved the refreshing mechanism of tools in the player panel during the Collecting Workers phase. [Fix] Addressed an issue where triggering the "Undo" action immediately after dice rolls led to animation glitches. [Fix] Resolved rare occurrences where players could get stuck after skipping Collecting Workers phase animations. [Fix] Fixed an issue where the window informing about another player leaving the online game was displayed incorrectly.
