The DLC (Original Soundtrack, Declassified, and Remixed) has been updated to the new 'Music' app type. If you own any of these, check your Steam library in order to access it. If you can't find it, check the filters and see if 'SOUNDTRACKS' item is checked. In order to download the FLAC files, go to Steam settings and check 'Download high-quality audio files' item in the 'Music' tab. Thank you for your patience.
