Small but impactful multiplayer change, and crash fixes!

Another small patch, this brings the game to v1.02a. This should make finding and joining multiplayer lobbies much easier (more detail below), and crashes related to the cheat cars have also been fixed. Full details: Previously, when a lobby went into a race, the lobby was marked as unjoinable. This meant that if you checked multiplayer, you would often see no lobbies even though people were playing (they were just in a race). Now, even when mid-race, the lobby remains open and new players can join and wait in the lobby for the next race. When you are waiting in the lobby you will see some updates in the chat log as players finish the current race. I hope this helps people find matches more easily! There was also a nasty crash bug related to a certain cheat code car, its ghost was too powerful, and whenever the ghost was loaded it crashed the game. This has been fixed, and the cheat cars and leaderboard ghosts should work properly without crashing now!
