[b]Blade Dancer[/b] Venom Strike (25lvl) - Decreased damage reduction: 5% -> 3%..5% Comment: Reduces the effectiveness of damage reduction at lower levels and increases the importance of investing points in the skill. Spirited Attack (35lvl) + Increased armor destruction: 3.3%..6.0% -> 4.2%..6.0% Comment: Enhances the dancer's strength against warriors and paladins at levels 40-120. Riposte (80lvl) + Increased counter chance after parrying: 30%..80% -> 28%..100% Comment: Enhances the dancer's strength against warriors and paladins at levels 120-300. By fully investing points in this effect, the counter event will be certain, thereby slightly reducing randomness in combat. Black Blood (80lvl) + Increased resistance destruction: 1% -> 1%..3% Comment: We are simultaneously limiting the increase in poison resistance from skills and facilitating countering its high stacks by enhancing the strength of the Black Blood event. Strong Protection (50lvl) + Increased arrow block chance: 1%..3% -> 1%..5% Comment: Enhances the warrior's strength against ranged professions at levels 80-240. Counterattack (80lvl) - Decreased counter chance: 32%..50% -> 13%..40% Comment: Reduces the warrior's strength against the paladin and mage at levels 80-240. Bloodbath (170lvl) + Increased deep wound damage: 6%..15% -> 2%..20% Comment: Enhances the warrior's strength against the dancer, hunter, and tracker at levels 190-300. Crush (230lvl) - Increased required portion of damage to trigger the effect: 50% -> 65% + Increased additional damage: 4%..8.5% -> 6%..15% Comment: Enhances the warrior's strength against the mage at levels 240-300 and to a lesser extent against the paladin (considering the weakening of skills available at lower levels). [b]Paladin[/b] Fortitude (35lvl) + Added arrow block effect: 3% Comment: The arrow block effect has been weakened and moved from the Celestial Protection skill to increase the paladin's strength against ranged professions at levels 40-190 and slightly weaken it at levels 190-300. Critical Lightning Power (80lvl) + Added armor penetration effect: 1%..5% Comment: Enhances the paladin's strength against the warrior at levels 100-300. Shocking Shield (120lvl) - Decreased poison resistance: 6%..15% -> 5%..10% Comment: Limits the paladin's accumulation of poison resistance. Divine Protection (170lvl) - Removal of arrow block effect (1%..5%) Comment: Reduces the paladin's strength against ranged professions at levels 190-300. The effect has been moved to the Fortitude skill. [b]Mage[/b] Increased Absorption (25lvl) + Increased absorption and magic absorption: 10%..100% -> 37%..100% Comment: Strengthens the mage against the paladin and warrior at levels 40-70. Ritual Robes (50lvl) + Added arrow block effect: 1%..4% Comment: Strengthens the mage against ranged professions at levels 64-190. Burning Barrier (170lvl) - Decreased poison resistance: 25% -> 15% - Decreased turn duration reduction: 6%..15% -> 8% Comment: Limits the accumulation of poison resistance from skills and weakens the mage against the hunter at levels 190-300. Ice Barrier (170lvl) - Decreased slowdown: 9%..18% -> 6%..15% - Decreased stun resistance: 40% -> 30% - Decreased turn duration reduction: 6%..15% -> 8% Comment: The Ice Barrier was significantly stronger than other barrier versions at level 170. Its strength has therefore been limited, mainly against the warrior at levels 190-300. Electric Barrier (170lvl) + Increased armor growth: 5% -> 8% Comment: Strengthens the weakest version of the barrier at level 170. Elementalist's Endurance (170lvl) - Removal of arrow block effect (1%..4%) Comment: The effect has been moved to the Ritual Robes skill. [b]Tracker[/b] Easy Dodge (35lvl) - Decreased dodge chance: 7.5%..12% -> 3%..12% Comment: Weakens the tracker at levels 40-64. Fire Marksmanship (80lvl): + Increased healing from equipment: 7% -> 5%..10% Comment: Strengthens the tracker against the hunter and dancer at levels 100-300. Critical Absorption (120lvl): - Decreased energy growth: 5.5%..10% -> 2.5%..7% Comment: Limits the tracker's energy restoration while increasing the significance of energy bonuses from equipment. Fire Insensitivity (170lvl): + Increased armor: 1.04*lvl..1.4*lvl -> 1.06*lvl..1.6*lvl Comment: Re-strengthens the tracker, mainly against the dancer at levels 180-300. [b]Hunter[/b] Poisonous Arrowhead (120lvl) + Increased poison resistance destruction: 1% -> 1%..3% Comment: Both limits the growth of poison resistance from skills and facilitates countering its high stacks by enhancing the strength of the Black Blood event.
