We've been working during the weekend to identify the root cause of the issue and create an effective solution.

It would be mighty helpful if you attached a dxdiag log, since in some cases the issue may result from specific hardware/driver setups.
How to get access to dxdiag log:
1. While on desktop, click on the Windows icon.
2. Search for "dxdiag" and launch the tool.
3. To the right, at the bottom of the pop-up window, click "Save all information...".
4. Save the log as ".txt" file and send it us.
