[*] Huge update in content to add Renewable Energy. This includes Solar Panels, Wind Turbines and Grid Batteries. These connect to Inverters, which themselves connect to an Energy Hub Substation. Some of these are unlocked through game progression.

[*] Shortcut method for placing poles now also attaches the next conductor to the new pole
[*] Assets or environmental objects now show as red when they are obstructing the placement of a new asset
