New Buildings, Condition Monitoring and QOL Improvements

This update features the following changes: [list] [*] Most environmental assets are now half the size and there are twice as many, allowing for closer match between building size and plant/tree size. [*] Added new Park load with 7 different layouts. [*] Added 4 new factories. Smoke shows when operational. [*] Tutorial system now correctly saves in-game tutorials you have been shown to not show you them again each game session. [*] In-game tutorials will be hidden if you have done a similar tutorial exercise during the interactive tutorial. [*] Fixes and optimizations to building lights turning off and on. [*] Made floating cursor text size slightly larger for long strings of text. [*] Steamdeck default window scale is now 125%. [*] Restarting or quitting a game now correctly resets the camera pitch angle to its originate state. [*] Added to Condition Monitoring UI. A "Non-Emergency Alert" section has been added for heavily loaded assets which are not yet at reduced reliability but may need attention. [*] Camera can zoom slightly closer to the ground. [*] Game save file information now includes biome and power generator count. [*] Energy Hub Substations now produce EMF, which can be measured and can cause EMF sickness to residential load. [*] Oil pump loads are now always lagging power factor by default. [*] Power generator disturbance ring (yellow) is now larger for higher rank generators.
