* Fix: Scrolling with mouse wheel works when hit F2 and revealing the menu
* Fix: Tracers glow not working on certain platforms because of alpha tests with the shader
* Fix: Tracers now use a different shader which makes the glow much more prominent and refined
* Fix: All Editors: Scaling the Category layers (HUD, HF, SA, ADS) does not alter the next shape layer selected.
* Change: Removed "Replace" Toggle with the Shapes library. There are some bugs associated with using it. Will re-implement soon.
