Regarding the MOD Database feature in certain languages

In the latest 1.3.0 patch for Card-en-Ciel, we included a new feature called the MOD Database that includes information on the game worlds and characters within Card-en-Ciel. However, many players have noticed that when the game language is set to French, Italian, German, Spanish, or Brazilian Portuguese, the MOD Database will appear in English. Unfortunately, it was not feasible for us to translate this text into these languages. In the interest of transparency, the bulk of this text was originally written for the Card-en-Ciel website as promotional material. The website itself is only available in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, and Korean, and was translated gradually (from Japanese) as it was added to the site over time. After we decided to include this background text in the actual game, we investigated having it translated into the remaining languages. However, the MOD Database ended up being considerably large. The amount of text in it exceeds even the entire text of the original Card-en-Ciel release by a considerable amount. After considering the time and cost involved in translating the text, we unfortunately determined that it was not feasibly to translate the text in the 5 aforementioned languages. As a result, the text in-game appears in English when set to those languages. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience and for the oversight in not mentioning this prior to the release of the MOD Database. We humbly ask for your understanding in this matter. Sincerely, INTI CREATES
