To all customers who pre-purchased Card-en-Ciel, We thank your for patience regarding the distribution of the pre-purchase bonus game, Divine Dynamo Flamefrit. After initial investigations, we were able to ensure that Flamefrit was added to the libraries of pre-purchase customers. However, it has remained locked and unable to be played. Upon further inquiries with Valve, we determined that it would not be possible to unlock this game before its general release. We offer our sincere apologies for this situation. In order to provide the best possible solution in this situation, we have decided to launch the game on Steam as soon as we are able, ahead of its release on consoles. Divine Dynamo Flamefrit will release on Steam on November 14th, at which point anyone who pre-purchased Card-en-Ciel will be able to play it.
