I work very hard at listening to feedback/bug reports to quickly fix any issues that are raised. I really do value your time and I want you to enjoy Bedroom Blackjack. [h1]Refund policy[/h1] There have been a small number of refunds. Most of these people have simply refunded the game without leaving me feedback. If you have refunded the game I am sorry you did not enjoy it and while I respect your right to a refund I'd really like the opportunity to talk to you. A quick conversation about the bug or your disappointment allows me to actually fix it. Sometimes I am not aware of a bug or your expectations for Bedroom Blackjack. I cannot fix what I do not know. So let's talk. [h1]What I can do[/h1] Here is what I am going to do improve in future. [h2]Gameplay Video[/h2] A few people have mentioned that the game was not what they expected so I will make a gameplay video that shows off the real gameplay experience. This will be an honest and realistic view of the gameplay experience. This will be ready soon. [h2]Demo[/h2] I am currently looking into releasing a free to play demo. There is no better way to give someone an idea of what to gameplay expect than to actually play a small piece of it. However, ​the game was never designed to be partially consumed so it might take some fiddling to make a demo work. I'll let you know once I know more. [h2]Splash Screen[/h2] I will add a new screen to the game that outlines what Early Access means and a little about how to provide feedback. This will be in the next release. [h2]Bug Reporter[/h2] Going out of your way to write a bug report can be a lot of effort. I know. I am going to try and build a convenient button into the game that takes a screenshot and allows you to enter a brief description of the bug and sends it to me. I don't quite know when this will be ready. [h1]What you can do[/h1] This is not a one sided process. You are included too and you can make a real difference to the game. You can report bugs or request a feature or outfit. [h2]Bug report[/h2] Bug reports are extremely useful for me. I do have crash reports that I can read and decode, but it is a whole lot easier if you contact me and let me know a few things [olist] [*] A brief description of the bug you experienced and the behaviour you observed. e.g. Natsu keeps dealing cards to herself until the game crashes. [*] Steps I can follow to reproduce the bug. e.g. Press the "Deal" button and then press the "Esc" key before the first card is dealt. [*] Screenshot(s) of the bug, if possible, can be key to solving the issue.
