[h2]Community Manager(Remote):[/h2] [h3]Job Purpose:[/h3] With overall responsibility for one or more games, the Community Manager will manage forums, chat sessions, live events, and all other online community-related activities. The Community Manager will be in close collaboration with us, and help us with managing social media, in particular Facebook, Twitter, Youtube. The Community Manager is responsible for monitoring the community channels to communicate and to engage, excite, and trouble shoot, with the ultimate goal to provide a clean, safe, well-maintained, passionate community. [h3]Mission:[/h3] • Monitor and drive the conversation on all Social Media, in particular Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. • Create compelling marketing communications to acquire, engage, and excite game fans. • Regularly engage with players at a 1:1 level, encouraging discussion and engagement to contribute towards the growth of the community. • Support product marketing to execute cross-promotions across games and channels. • Demo products at various tradeshows and press events if necessary. [h3]Qualifications:[/h3] • Familiar with cultivation culture and its fans. • Native/mother tongue language skills for English. • Outstanding written and oral communication skills. • Experience managing Facebook fan page, website, forum, Search or other online outbound marketing content. • Basic technical skills, such as HTML, Photoshop, knowledge of back-office tools for Web or Social Media. • Highly organized, proactive, and a positive attitude.
