Real Civil Engineer Plays Our Game plus Linux hotfixes!

Captain Contraption's Chocolate Factory

A contraption building game. Design and build your own machines to combine ingredients to make chocolates. Automate production using simple components to create ingenious contraptions, which are as satisfying to watch as they are to optimise.

Firstly, yesterday I pushed some sneaky hot fixes to the native Linux build which fixed a nasty bug which meant some people were losing their progress - apologies to anyone who was effected by that. I've also added a launch option which forces Vulkan which should help with a graphic glitch a few people were getting on Steam Deck and Linux. Secondly, we earnt enough Steam reviews to get a Positive score! Thanks so much to everyone for helping us achieve that, I'm going to keep saying this but I'm blown away by how much people are gelling with our game and enjoying it. In the launch stream I said that we make games to give people 30 minute slices of happiness in their day - and I really meant that. Thirdly, and most excitingly, Real Civil Engineer posted a video about our game! I know it's probably not cool to get excited about this, but I am. It's not often that people WhatsApp me saying "Hey, isn't this your game on my YouTube feed?" but that happened today. A quick message to any RCE fans who have come here from that video. We fixed the leaderboards ;) [previewyoutube=g-JD7v3Ng1E;full][/previewyoutube]
