Over the past few weeks, we have sought your feedback through several surveys. We want to share the results of the first batch of surveys with you and outline the actions we will take as a result.
The improvements mentioned below will be part of the upcoming update (version 22.700).
Hellevator - Leaving a Guild or Being Kicked From a Guild Will Be Restricted
We inquired whether we should trial a Hellevator event with added restrictions. This idea received support from the majority of participants. As a result, we will prohibit guild members from leaving their guild while the Hellevator event is active. However, members will be permitted to leave once the event concludes and the reward claim phase begins. Guild members will be protected from being kicked out during the event, although characters that are deleted will be removed.
Character Screen Displayed in International Hall of Fame
There was a consensus to include character screens in the international hall of fame. This feature will be implemented.
Guild War - Attacking and Defending Guild Members Visible to All
To enhance visibility regarding the presence of attacking and defending guild members before a guild fight, feedback suggests that everyone should have the ability to view both defenders and attackers within the guild member list. We're taking action to incorporate this feature to ensure that everyone has access to this information.
Inserting Gems on Items Without Socket
Currently, if you attempt to insert a gem into an item that lacks a socket, you must visit the blacksmith to add a socket to the item before you can insert the gem.
Community feedback suggests that it would be more convenient to add a socket to an item in the same step as inserting a gem. We have listened to this feedback and will implement a function that allows adding a gem and creating a socket in a single action.
