Playtest Updated 2025-02-07

PATCH 2 Given the alarming amount of issues related to input, I've rewritten the input recognition from the ground up. I've tested the following gamepads: Xbox, PS5, PS4. Generic unbranded gamepads may also work but not all bindings may match. While it will detect a vast range of wheels, the bindings may not match. I'm working on the rebinding feature; I need some extra days. Force Feedback is not yet implemented back. Will take a while since there is no native support from the game engine. New Bugs The clutch may run automatically in H gearbox if you first drive a little in automatic. If you want to drive with the steering wheel and H gearbox, switch to it as the car spawns. Important! Inputs from all devices are read regardless of the mode, the system only prioritizes the input based on the current input choice. You must choose keyboard, gamepad, or steering wheel, even if the input is read, as this will enable the required defaults. This will be polished in the near future. The default is gamepad; if okay, no need to re-choose. PS5 tends to try to be the main controller, so if you notice weird things while playing with the steering wheel, unplug the PS5 controller. During gameplay, bottom left in red there is a real-time reader of the device considered for input. If your gamepad or wheel shows up, it means it will be rebindable. MISC FSR 3.0 anti-aliasing added. Biggest road holes and associated collision mesh fixed. Other minor changes. Game engine version updated, may solve those random crashes.
