We'd be happy to hear your impressions, feedback, and suggestions. [h2]Major Update 0.6.100[/h2] [h3]What's new:[/h3] - Illustrated tutorial tips have been added. Before starting the game, you can choose to either display the tips or skip them. - A special icon is now displayed next to objects that can be interacted with. - Tables and containers can now be inspected to search for loot. - Key cards have been added. These are consumable items that will be required to open certain containers and doors. - There will now be rooms with locked doors at stations, which can be opened by spending a key card. These rooms will always contain Equipment or Power-ups. - Points of interest in the Canyon have been improved. New ones have been added, some objects are now searchable, and there are also places where monsters may appear when approached. Points of interest are now more frequent, and most of them can be found on the mini-map. - The story recordings from the tutorial level are now also accessible in the Underground Research Station. - Images have been added to the story window to better convey the atmosphere. - Images have been added during the loading of the Hub level. - The player control selection menu now displays device icons instead of lengthy text. - Sound effects have been added to the story and upgrade windows. - Katana and PipeSpike-3000 can now also be found at the Subterranean Research Station. - A new option has been added in the settings to completely reset all current progress, including all collected memory fragments, weapons, currencies, and more. [h3]Fixes and Improvements:[/h3] - Fixed a bug where the "Lottery" power-up could grant weapons that were not yet unlocked, causing them to disappear when stashed. The "Lottery" now includes all available weapon types. - The worms spawned by the monster can now be attacked before they fully hatch. - Melee attack animations and characteristics have been improved, and a bug that caused the animations to sometimes not play has been fixed. - The physics of objects and their knockback by the player have been improved. - Visual effects of hits, blood on the ground have been enhanced. - Spawning in some large rooms of the Subterranean Research Station has been reworked, now there can be interesting loot as well as a slightly higher number of monsters. - Progression of upgrade prices has been improved. - The size of the exit icon on the mini-map has been fixed. - Gamepad controls in the settings menu have been fixed. - Bugs with controls that sometimes occurred after changing levels have been fixed. - The story window can now also be closed with the mouse. - Bugs that caused loot to sometimes appear in inaccessible places have been fixed. - Some issues with doors and passages in the stations have been fixed. - Bugs that could cause the player to get stuck in the Canyon or go out of bounds have been fixed. - A bug that prevented the currency value in the UI from updating after a restart has been fixed. - Now, during gameplay, when attempting to start over or quit, there will be a warning about what will be lost and what will be saved. - A bug that caused some plants to be floating in the air has been fixed. - A bug that caused rooms in the Subterranean Research Station to repeat has been fixed. - Issues with the scorpion animations have been fixed. - The sound effects for the Scorpion and Spider monsters have been changed. - The movement speed with heavy weapons has been corrected. - The font size in the info window has been fixed. - A bug that could cause rooms to overlap has been fixed. - Fixed a bug where the pipe and katana did not have the expected speed reduction effect when landing hits. - Fixed issues that caused incorrect knockback effects when using melee weapons against enemies. - Fixed a bug where the shotgun pickup would sometimes not be counted towards weapon unlocks. - The detection radius of the Spawner monster has been increased. - A bug has been fixed where unlocked fragments did not fit properly in the death screen window. - A bug has been fixed where you could obtain an Augmentation in the safe zone immediately after changing days upon death. - Story objects will now become inactive after being activated within a single run.
