Patch Notes 1.031

Ultimate Custom Night

Welcome to the ultimate FNAF mashup, featuring 50 selectable characters and custom difficulties!

Hey guys, here are some notes on what was changed with today's patch. - Fixed a bug with Bonnet. She would get stuck on the side of the screen sometimes. - Fixed a bug with Toy Chica. She was mirrored for some odd reason. - Fixed a bug with Lefty's functionality. - Fixed the 50/20 time record-keeping system. It would sometimes not record best times properly. - Adjusted a setting with one of the visual effects that may help performance. - Nerfed Nightmarionne (not really) - Increased the volume of the "thud" sound effect that plays when you successfully block an animatronic. - There was a bug with Toy Chica where she only appeared once per night, so I fixed that. However, this increases the difficulty obviously, so I decreased the amount of Toy Bonnie appearances to balance it. - Fixing Bonnet earlier caused a different Bonnet problem (she kept coming back night after night). That's been fixed now. --------------------------------------- 1.024 - Increased the volume of Chica's pots and pans clattering. - Included an important note about Chica in her description, mainly noting that she can be kept at bay with the Global Music Box. This was always a mechanic, but left off of the description for some reason. - The Wet Floor sign can no longer be clicked through the monitor. - The Molten Freddy "double-bump" glitch has been fixed. He should no longer attack twice in a row. --------------------------------------- 1.025 - There is now an option to disable visual effects. On the character select menu, simply un-check the "visual effects" box. This should help with frame rate. - Fixed the glitch where you could click the parrot through the monitor. --------------------------------------- 1.026 - A bug with Withered Bonnie has been fixed. Even though he usually went away quickly when the mask was on, he had the potential to stay FOREVER if you got really, really unlucky. Obviously that needed to be fixed. - All of the vent crawlers (Molten Freddy, Withered Chica, etc) still had occasional glitches where they wouldn't always leave the vent even when successfully blocked. That should be fixed now. --------------------------------------- 1.027 Arg. NOW the vent animatronics should be fixed. I just can't get them to behave themselves. --------------------------------------- 1.028 Withered Bonnie, please. (he was self-destructing, no mask required) --------------------------------------- 1.029 Have you ever reached a point in your life when you just sit back and wonder how you could be so stupid? Well, that's pretty much every day for me, but ESPECIALLY today! OK, I have finally defeated Molten Freddy and Withered Chica, and FIXED THEM. If they still aren't fixed, I will set my car on fire and drive into the Grand Canyon, and not a pleasant drive, I mean like off a cliff, straight down, on fire, then crash at the bottom. But seriously, it was something really stupid that's been plaguing them all this time. Once they sat at the vent for a while they would get flagged as "attack-ready", meaning that as soon as you flipped your monitor, they would attack. The problem is that once they got flagged, then even if you shut the vent and blocked them, they would return to their starting point but would remain flagged as attack-ready. So even though you blocked them, as soon as you flipped your monitor, BAM. So now they properly de-flag when you block them. --------------------------------------- 1.030 - Made Ballora's attack time more consistent. The time of her attack could vary by as much as a whole second (including zero seconds, which is why people were dying) once her volume reached its loudest. Now the same amount of time passes, a bit less than a second (once volume is max). --------------------------------------- 1.031 - Ballora fix, attempt #2 If this doesn't work, then you will all just have to deal with Ballora slaughtering you all until morning! I can't take any more today! --------------------------------------- I did a minor patch today but it will still list as 1.031. I fixed a small detail with Foxy that could have potentially locked him up. No gameplay change should be noticeable. --------------------------------------- Another small update, still 1.031. Just fixed an annoying typo. (Not sure why the typo created a 1.7 meg patch, however. It was literally one letter.) --------------------------------------- Keep in mind that even though my intention is not to change the difficulty, but rather just to balance the game, it's still inevitable that difficulty will probably be affected slightly one way or the other. Heck, even me mentioning the music box for Chica arguably makes the game easier, but I think that the fixes here and there all balance out for the most part. Also, the parrot is NOT a glitch. Increasing Rockstar Foxy's difficulty makes him actually appear less often, and gives a greater probability of him attacking when he does. The parrot actually appears more often when he is set to zero. Please let me know if anyone encounters any more bugs!
