[*] Trauma Domain - Performance increase. [*] Ruins - Performance increase when entering the Hunger Area. [*] Trauma Domain - Opening the in-game menu won't pause the custscene's music. [*] Trauma Domain - High Shadow Settings of Hook-Lights won't cause LOD popping. [*] Lazarett - The telephone in the waiting room will keep ringing.
