Patch #3: Copernicus!

It's time for something people have been asking since day one: We're releasing a new playable character, Shelley! [h1]Mary Shelley[/h1] While she might not be a scientist like Tesla and Curie, that hasn't stopped her from building a mechanical monster of her own... She has created MECHENSTEIN. By wiring dolphin brains into the Mech, she has rendered it autonomous, freeing herself from piloting the mech. But wouldn't that leave her vulnerable, you ask? Fear not, for she has an electric power shield surrounding her! Powered by Energy Cells, it should be enough to keep her away from harm's way. And should it wear down, it will explode taking down nearby monsters with a bang, allowing Shelley to escape. And make sure to pay a visit to the cemetery as well, for she might find something useful there... [h1]Wardenclyffe Update[/h1] Other important updates include changes to the Perks and Weapons acquired at the Wardenclyffe. Previously, you had to pay for each perk and weapon you picked up. And if you died, well, too bad. We've changed that! Instead of buying individual perks, you'll be buying PERMANENT slots, which can be filled with perks freely! Weapons will have a similar system, in which you upgrade your Tech Tier, unlocking new weapons to start the game. Buying Perk Slots and Weapon Tech Tiers will cost you crystals though... but we have a solution for that too! [h1]And more, much more.[/h1] QUESTS! For each run, you'll be given quests you can complete. Most of then the quests will give you crystal rewards at the end of the run, but sometimes they unlock new features.
