High-quality soundboard software for voice chats: play sounds, record & alter your voice in real-time in any application or game! Add music and sounds to your microphone for others to hear. Text-to-speech feature included. Steam Workshop natively supported! Lets make some noise!

There's the new Noise-o-matic version ready for download! Restart your steam client to force the update or verify the files integrity from the steam user interface. Today's update comes with many new features, and as this is the first update after our first official (albeit in early access) release, we also wanted to give you some perspective on what's coming, when it's coming, and so on. This is an unusually big update for Noise-o-matic and comes with a couple of "breaking" changes: - Every new patch you might be asked to re-run the first-time setup. This should only happen on major patches, but it is possible also on smaller fixes. - Please note that if you had saved/changed the Realtime voice changer presets, they will be overwritten. If you want to save your voice changer presets, you can backup the 'VoiceChangerPresets.json' in your '%appdata%/Noise-o-matic/' directory and overwrite it back after running the first-time setup. Again, sorry for the inconvenience! We're still in early access and we will break things from time to time! - There's a hotkey system rehaul with support for mouse, key sequences, and auto-hotkey. You can take a look at the videotutorial below to see what that entails, but, long story short, your previous bindings may have been broken. You will probably need to re-set your key bindings. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but it is for the best, as this new system (which was planned down the road) is a lot more powerful and should be more robust to all the different hardware configurations out there. [previewyoutube=xdhIsmct7nA;full][/previewyoutube] This overhaul was already planned but we kicked up its priority as we felt that your feedback really prioritized this: although we tested it, please let us know if you have issues, as it is brand new and not tested on a wide variety of hardware and software configurations! - We've also added OGG support for the soundboard, so you can load your existing libraries without having to convert them! - The Spanish language support has been added! We aim to add as many languages as we can in the upcoming months, based on regional interest: please make some noise in your area to help us create interest about Noise-o-matic, if you want to see your language supported sooner rather than later, as we prioritize languages based on sales/wishlists/views/other regional data :) There's many more bugfixes and smaller changes (see the changelog below) that will come during the road to the full release. Some are smaller, some are bigger (among the many, we have a speech to text feature in the works) and some will come sooner rather than later. Sometimes, we may change the UI to accommodate some of these upcoming changes, so please understand if some UI changes feel a bit strange at first. For example, in this update, you'll notice that the four soundboard channels are "gone", in favor of channels with the name of the soundboards - that's because we're going to add the possibility to create your own categories on the soundboard soon, which will inherit that name as a channel. We're in early access and unfortunately, we can't spend as much time as we want on Noise-o-matic, so in a way, this post wants to be a "manage your expectation" request :) there WILL be many updates coming, but it is likely that the changes you'll see in the upcoming weeks will be a lot smaller than today's, focusing on bug fixes rather than new major features :) You can expect a new patch every 10-20 days or so during early access (more often focused on fixes/improvements, and occasionally, focused on new features) but they will be smaller than today's patch! If you want to further support our growth, since some of you asked, here's some ways to help! - tell your friends :) - leave an honest review highlighting what you like or dislike about Noise-o-matic - follow us on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/@Noise-o-matic/videos - follow us on Twitter https://twitter.com/noiseomatic Thank you everyone for your support so far, we really appreciate the feedback, bug reports and in general, all your kind words! We hope you enjoy this new update of Noise-o-matic and as usual, please let us know your opinions, we really value your feedback and we are already working on the next update! Full changelog: - fixed *several* bugs and annoyances - added support for OGG/Vorbis files (read only) - reworked the hotkey system: NOTE that unfortunately you will have to re-set your bindings! Sorry about this! - hotkeys can now be an arbitrary long sequence of keys - you can even use "mnemonics" as hotkeys, e.g.: CTRL+C, CTRL+A, CTRL+R - now correctly distinguish between numbers and keypad numbers - the standard 5 mouse buttons are now bindable: - left and right require a modifier - the others can just be pressed in a combo - added auto hotkeys: - you can now assign a key/hotkey to each channel when it's playing a sound - can specify mode: - Press and Hold: key is held down during play and released when channel stops - Toggle: key is pressed/released when play start and again when channel stops - can specify context: - Always - Noise-o-matic in foreground: only triggers the autokey is Noise-o-matic window has focus - Specific application contextes are coming soon - multi-channel organization: - now each soundboard has it's own channel and sounds played from that soundboard are sent to their respective channels automatically when playing - you can still manually specify the channel with the right-click context menu - added maximize / restore button to main window - added save/restore of soundboard columns preferences - uniformed soundboards context menu - added rename for pre-defined soundboards
