Hello Pirates, This is the new update of our project P1R4T3S. In this version we have included plenty of new features and content, as well as fixed several bugs and issues. More details here: [h1]News and improvements:[/h1] [list] [*] The first level "Prison" is almost finished. This is what we have included: [olist] [*] [b]Different floors:[/b] Now the Prison is composed by 3 floors connected by elevators. You need to reach the hangar on the third floor to escape from the prison. [*] [b]New level design: [/b]The lava platforms are the new level design. Be careful, because you can fall off the borders. [*] [b]More enemies: [/b]We have added new crazy enemies. [*] [b]New design for the hangar: [/b]We have changed the design of the hangar to match it with the future storyline of the game. [*] [b]Outro of the level:[/b] We have included an animation at the end of the level that explains how the main character escapes from the prison. [/olist] [*] [b]We have improved the looting system:[/b] Now each chest type has a specific kind of loot. There are also generic items that can drop on every chest. We have also improved the rarity system. The items have now different rarities: common, rare, legendary... [*] [b]We have improved the targeting system:[/b] We will explain this in a future report more in detail but now it matters where your mouse cursor is. The game won´t calculate only the trajectory between the character and the cursor to see if the shot hits your target, but also if the cursor is ON THE ENEMY. Only if the cursor is on the enemy, there will be a 100% chance of hit. Otherwise, there will be always a chance of missing the shots. Be accurate, bois! [*] [b]We have added barrels: [/b]Now there are certain barrels in the game full of acid, nuclear waste, electric components and nitrogen. If you shoot them, they will explode affecting all the area next to them. Be careful, and use them to your advantage! [*] [b]We have implemented the Armor points:[/b] Now, if you find or create armor, clothes, or other items that you can wear, they will give you Armor points. You lose these first with the damage received, and after that, you start losing your health points. These items will be repaired at the end of the level. [*] [b]We have added a new item: Power Shield.[/b] It gives you immunity to every attack during 10 seconds. Use them wisely because there are very rare. [*] [b]We have implemented new types of weapons in the Weapon Bench: [/b]Pistols, Rifles, Heavy and Special weapons. [*] We have added many new models and plenty of different weapons. [*] We have added many new visual effects, animations and sound effects. [*] We are aware that we have missing sound effects on several enemies and actions. [*] We are aware that the new item Power Shield doesn´t have a visual effect on the character.
