New VFX and Screen Shake

[b]Hey Keymasters![/b] As we patch, and make fixes, we also try to address as many UI/UX issues you bring up as we go. This patch has a bunch of additions for VFX that help with status effects and impact of damage. Bind, Poison, Rally Cry, Focus, Confuse, Scholar, and more get new VFX to help show status and when traits trigger. Those effects stay on the card until they are removed by phases or other abilities. Damage now gives some screen shake to help with impact. Card hits and Leader hits have different levels of shake. We will be extending this to be damage based soon so the impact get's crazy for bigger damage.
