The networking is not just using a limited set of gestures, each finger is tracked and networked efficiently so that you can better coordinate with your team mates using a wide variety of hand signals. Don't forget to use the default controller binding in the SteamVR settings for IronWolf if you're having issues with your fingers being tracked.
