Motion Blur, Chapter Select, Bug Fixes, and More

Maquette

Maquette is a first-person recursive puzzle game that takes you into a world where every building, plant, and object are simultaneously tiny and staggeringly huge.

Greetings everyone, and thanks for your support of Maquette. We have a new patch today with a few new features, as well as some fixes. We also wanted to update you on a few other issues we're aware of.
NEW: Option to Disable Motion Blur for Motion Sickness
Today's patch provides an option to turn off motion blur, which we hope will help with motion sickness.
SECRET: Chapter Select
Many of you have asked for a Chapter Select menu once you've finished the game so you can go back and look for achievements, or listen to music and cut-scenes. We're working on putting a proper one in, but until then, here's a secret option to access a Chapter Select menu. In the Pause Menu:

Controller: press-and-hold the left d-pad, and tap the left bumper (LB / L1) five times.
Keyboard: press-and-hold the left cursor and tap the left bracket ( [ ) five times.
An option for Chapter Select will appear as a top level option in the Pause Menu.
FEATURE: Skipping Cutscenes
Some people have asked if you can skip cutscenes. Well you can! If you want to skip a cutscene, press-and-hold Space Bar (keyboard) or Circle / B (controller).
FIXED: Soft-Locks and Out-Of-Bounds issues
Today's patch also fixes a lot of out-of-world errors and soft-lock issues. We're aware of a few more in The Wedge that we didn't get to, but we hope to have more news for you there in the coming weeks.
FIXED: Achievement Issues
Today's patch also fixed some misc. issues with Achievements triggering. Some of these were for other platforms, but should also provide some
FIXED: Missing Subtitles
We've corrected some missing subtitles throughout the game.
Issues with Chapter "The Exchange"
Some of you have reported issues with a lever not working in The Exchange.  For some, resetting the level and starting over can help, but for others it seems consistent. We're investigating this and hope to have more news on it soon. Additionally, some people get a crash in this level after clicking on an object. We're also looking into this one.
Steam Discussions
Our apologies for being absent from the discussions page. Launch week was a bit more crazy than we expected and in the process we dropped the ball there, no excuses. We hope to provide better feedback there in the coming weeks.  Thanks for everyone's patience and support.  - Maquette Development Team
