Last Shot Studios is a small team with limited resources so it is crucial we explore all opportunities available to ensure we make this game the best that it can be. We are starting a Kickstarter campaign in the near future to help grow the team and support the realization of our vision for this game. With your help, we can achieve this together as a community. Funding the Kickstarter would allow us to instantly grow the team, and could lead this project beyond our expectations. Through Kickstarter, we can gauge people’s interest in the game and receive the necessary feedback we need to bring The Cartesian Project to the next level. Our Kickstarter campaign goal is $75,000 CAD. This will cover the costs of music production, creation of sound effects, more art, marketing, and everything else needed to bring this game to your PC. With the single-player campaign in its early stages, we are hoping to add multiple endings as our first stretch goal, with a boundless supply of ideas to make The Cartesian Project universe bigger than ever. You can support the campaign for the cost of a cup of coffee and have your name immortalized in the end game credits, or jump up to the royal tier and help design the final boss, with many options in between. If successful, closed beta testing will be available by early Summer of 2022, with an open beta later that season. This will all lead up to a November 2022 release date.
