[*] Proving Grounds and Twilight Canyon are considered neutral stages. At the beginning of a match, all non-neutral stages are considered "locked" and cannot be chosen. [/list] For the first game in a set, players can choose their characters, and a neutral stage will be picked randomly. The loser of the first game can choose ONE of the following options: [list] [*] Change (and unlock) the stage of the next game [*] Force the winner to change their character [*] Change their own character [*] Rematch with no changes [/list] Unless forced to change, the winner of the match must keep their character. Once you're forced to change off of a character, you cannot rechoose that character for the remainder of the match. If a stage was not picked, it will be chosen at random from the pool of unlocked stages. The tournament will be double elimination, with each set being best 2 out of 3. Semifinals and Finals are best 3 out of 5. Hope to see you there!
