Hey Vikings! Today, we have some big news to share with you, about game test phases and the Midguardians. A year ago, we launched our first Closed Alpha, and had 250 Discord members. That was the first time you were able to try Tribes of Midgard (who remembers the flying trees)? Today, after 3 Closed Alpha and 3 Open Betas, thousands of you are helping us spread Tribes of Midgard across all social networks. This support allows us to gain an incomparable strength helping us to develop Tribes of Midgard. Thank you again, because you really make a huge difference. There is still a long way to go and we understand and share your excitement around Tribes of Midgard. We would like to be able to leave the gates open at all times, but being still in development, it is difficult for us to do so. It’s for this reason that we announced that our last Open Beta would be in December 2019. But today, we want to share with you what's coming! [b]What are the Midguardians? [/b] The Midguardians as we know them today are going to be radically different. A Midguardian is a player who wants to get more involved in the Tribes of Midgard community. Today, there are 620 Midguardians on our Discord, helping us share Tribes across social networks and getting involved in our Discord. So naturally, we want to reward them, because these small actions add up, and help give us the strength necessary to develop Tribes of MIdgard. [b] What are the Rewards?[/b] Rewards include access to private testing phases, and rewards such as in-game cosmetics, swag, and other surprises. By being active, you increase levels that allow you to access new rewards. [b]How to join the Midguardians?[/b] Everything is free and accessible to everyone! However, we ask to apply via a form in order to have you sign an NDA. We want to use these private tests for feedback with which to keep improving the game. [h1]What if I'm already a Midguardian?[/h1] 620 people in our Discord joined the first version of the Midguardians. Since it’s now necessary to apply and sign an NDA, we've renamed them, "Midguardians Volunteer". We invite you to apply to become a full Midguardian. It goes without saying that, given your pre-engagement, you will be more likely to be a full Midguardian. Right now, we cannot accept everyone, and plan to have 600 Midguardians at this time to give us time to put everything in place.
