Palette creation software that tries to be easy enough for anyone to approach, and be able to walk away with attractive colors in seconds. Flexible enough to work from scratch, unfolding just one color into a spectrum. NOW FEATURING 3D MODEL PAINTING AND STEAM WORKSHOP!
Sorry for such a long wait between updates, its been in pieces and connected to workshop which wouldn't have worked in public builds for quite a while
And i didn't have the energy to maintain two branches so i just doubled down on grinding this out
But here we finally are
Version 4.0 and nearly 15k installs

We have come such a long way
I cant thank everyone enough, it genuinely means the world to me to see people using it every day
But anyway patch notes!
------Reworked Painting------
You can still paint with the main brush as you could before, but at low resolutions the other brushes didnt have enough character to warrant use
So now ive moved things to a more tileable pattern system

Works far more flexible
Makes stuff like painting bricks on a wall and then vines on that wall so much easier

Swap between Object and view mode to shift projection models
------Layers------
Can now paint in layers with unique palettes on each layer
Great for adding blood on a monster, or vines on a wall
------OBJ Groups------
Can now import obj groups, this helps a lot with separating big scenes up into walls / floors / pillars etc, or a gun into its different components, or having the head on a player character separate from the body so theres no texture leak over to the shirt below or the hair for example
------Improved Downsampling------
Now updates automatically and edge buffer now works as it should

The gif above also shows the turntable, just press space for it to give you a spin, and space again to stop
------Transparency------
Paint with transparency onto models, great for holes and details, wonderful for cloth and folliage
------Workshop Support------
Subscribe to any brushes you like the look of here
https://steamcommunity.com/app/1976160/workshop/
And theyll be downloaded next time you open the app
To upload a brush to the workshop there should be a new "tool" in your steam library

You will need to accept the tos before itll let you upload https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/workshoplegalagreement/
But it should prompt you and open a browser to that site automatically
Once you have done that its as simple as typing in a name for the brush, browsing to the image you wish to use and clicking upload
------Music player------
Was a bit nervous about adding this
But 1 button to turn off and skip
And i think it adds a lot to the ambiance
Just out here vibing, picking some colors, using them colors on a model or reference image
Feels different with chill music
------Closing notes------
Ive tried my best to test and make sure its stable, but a lot has changed this patch, so i apologise in advance if anything's a bit wobbly
And theres a lot of moving parts so there probably will be some wobbles
Just let me know in the forums and ill try fix anything that does pop up as its found
Guides will be out of date for a little while, but ill be editing them and adding new ones to help with workshop support shortly
Also id love to see what any of you are all working on, if you have anything you wish to share please consider using https://twitter.com/hashtag/PixelPaletteCreator so its easy to find, i dont have a ton of followers on there but ill be retweeting anything i notice that pops up as long as its not illegal or lewd
Thanks again, Jofer
