This update aims to address a number of stability issues players have been experiencing in Custom games.

[*]Fixed a major stability issue causing players rejoining a game to crash.
[*]Fixed a crash when losing connection with the host.
[*]Fixed Empower (Kilik Marshall Ultimate). The edicts created by this effect are now temporary (as intended) and do not go into your Edict queue. (Description will be updated to clarify).
