A small update today to address some issues people encountered with the new hitchhikers update.

[*]Fixed an issue where saving and loading near a hitchhiker on the road would automatically place them on your caravan.
[*]Fixed a situation where accepting a hitchhiker on the caravan would sometimes lock out player input. Note that the bug still may prevent the hitchhiker from getting on the caravan, but you should at least not get stuck anymore. Investigations ongoing!
