Dear Fans. I hope everyone is enjoying Fritz Chess 14. I am posting this as an update to an earlier post I had put regarding incorrect serial keys that have been distributed through the Steam Client. I've been getting some emails regarding incorrect keys when they are correct. The most common mistake that is being made is that the security characters are not being entered into the box correctly. Also, when the serial key box pops up and you get a notice from your firewall, please don't block it otherwise the activation process won't work correctly.
