Ducks like to race, even in their own cars! Earn money by delivering food to fellow ducks in the city, then use this money to upgrade your vehicle. The better the vehicle, the better chance you have to win the race at the end of the day!

Hello everyone, It's not been too long since v2.00, but I decided to do another major update for Ducks Can Drive. Firstly, thank you to everyone who has joined the discord server, the community built there has been amazing. Secondly, thank you to everyone who had good suggestions for the game. I try my best to add these suggestions into updates ASAP. Some main focuses of this patch was a new network system that should remove all bugs with the blue/purple void. The multiplayer now also has a ranked system with matchmaking, so even if you are alone, you can find people to play with. I look forward to seeing you on the race track! (My duck will have a black scarf online). The new private game multiplayer system works by everyone entering the same code to join the same private room. Patch notes: [list] [*] New Network System that removes most multiplayer bugs and blue/purple void bugs. [*] Ranks, a ranked gamemode to prove your duck driving skills and rank achievements. [*] Drift boosts have been added along with offroad. Use the spacebar or the right bumper to start a drift and charge a boost. [*] Boost upgrades and offroad upgrades have been added to the upgrade menu panel. Handling has been removed. [*] 3 new maps: Wing Circuit, Blackbill Ship and Bill Beach, all with new Time Trial achievements. Good luck! [*] A certain easter egg involving a yellow fruit has been added, with an achievement for finding it. [*] A new city map with improved performance has been added. [*] A new menu UI has been added. [*] Lorebooks have been added to the map to explain why the bread is so expensive. [*] Scaling for upgrades has increased significantly. [*] The placement counter is now more accurate. [*] Streetlamps and headlights have been added in dark mode. [*] Checkpoints are now slightly transparent. [*] Improved general performance. Anybody wondering on why the Time Trial achievements have not been changed with the offroad changes - The times are still possible through the use of extensive drift boosts.
