The Riot Police need great operators like you. Protect the peace in real places and manifestations. Your ability, perception, and skills will be tested. Control the Uncontrollable!
Greetings, Operators!
Best wishes from the Beta 2 Games team to all our followers in the New Year! We hope to finally deliver Riot Operator to you in 2023, even though we don't have the exact launch date for you yet. Still, we recommend checking our announcements on regular basis to stay updated about potential upcoming beta tests for the game!
Vehicles
Playing Riot Operator is all about efficiency. Your budget is limited and you will have to constantly assess whether it's better to hire new units or provide your experienced members with a new vehicle. The advantage is obvious - a vehicle allows you to move across the map faster. It becomes especially important when people's lives are at stake and every minute counts. Moving your units with an ambulance, fire truck or police car will allow you to react to incidents swiftly. But the number of units a vehicle can hold is limited.
For example - the most basic police car for the police units is relatively cheap and very fast. You can move from one end of the map to another in a blink of an eye. But this vehicle is adapted to having two police units on board. Such a small unit can react to a smaller incident but won't be able to deal with a huge group of protesters. Proper planning is mandatory in order to achieve success.
Let's see them in action!
Below you can see some examples of how different vehicles look in the game right now.

What do you think about those vehicles? Do you think that it's all about mobility or maybe you prefer to invest in sheer numbers of units?
Best regards,
