Beneath

Beneath is a first-person action-horror adventure where you play as deep-sea diver Noah Quinn. Explore a terrifying underwater world filled with monsters and mercenaries as you try to escape and unravel the mysteries of an enigmatic complex of underwater stations.

Hello everyone! Today we're going to talk a bit about combat and destruction. Our aim is to elevate the combat experience to the highest level of realism and excitement. This involves integrating elements such as authentic sound, realistic weapon interactions, recoil, and impactful bullet impacts. We are firm believers that an engaging combat scenario requires the dynamic presence of particles and objects in motion, responding dynamically to each shot. In our showcase, we'll be offering a sneak peek of what you can anticipate in terms of physics and the immersive interaction between the game world and the bullets. Almost every lamp in Beneath is susceptible to gunfire, allowing players to shoot and extinguish them: [previewyoutube=NbvEGdLac-k;full][/previewyoutube] [previewyoutube=3CUT1hbtVXQ;full][/previewyoutube] [previewyoutube=bQxaSo35jB0;full][/previewyoutube] Bullets cause deformation in metallic surfaces upon impact: [previewyoutube=dhI62g1LUG8;full][/previewyoutube] Monitors, glass, mirrors, and select tables are all breakable: [previewyoutube=TIbTs5_kMHo;full][/previewyoutube] Some sections of cement walls will break as well: [previewyoutube=HioYYybE6QA;full][/previewyoutube] Paper files and documents will also be sent flying: [previewyoutube=8b5VPIjoupk;full][/previewyoutube] Fire extinguishers and specific barrel types (of course) will detonate upon impact. And there's a lot more. We want you to have fun breaking stuff down! Stay tuned for more updates 🎮🌟
