[h1]Hey SpiderHeck Fans![/h1] Really exciting news for you all - our [b]Dedicated Server Playtest Beta is now LIVE[/b] on Steam and you can go and try out the new gameplay for yourself! [img]{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/39305422/ea8b1b9a382cc247cf8a11820dcaaa61ab3fa59c.png[/img] In order to access the beta you’ll need to go to steam, right click on SpiderHeck, then click Properties. In the window that then opens up, switch to the Betas tab, click on the dropdown menu and select [b]'Dedicated_servers_playtest'[/b] from the list. Then close the window and the game will update (reset steam if it doesn’t start right away) and once you’ve finished the download you can play as normal! Once you load in you’ll need to go into the versus mode to set your geographic region from our the game creation screen - once you’ve done that you’re good to go! Please note that the dedicated servers currently only work for Versus mode and that if you find a server is laggy or not working for you, try switching to a different region (and let us know!) We really want feedback on how things are working for you, so please head on over to the Discord where we’ll be collecting info from everyone (You can join here if you haven’t: [url=https://discord.gg/KpzuAm6rVJ]Discord[/url] ) and let us know how you find the new servers. Obviously the primary area we’re looking at is the versus mode and multiplayer play, but feel free to let us know if you find other issues! We’ll be running the beta until Monday at 1200 CEST (11am UK, 6am ET, 3am PT) so jump in over the weekend and have some fun!
