Gameplay fixes:

[*]The bosses now reward the player with more gold;
[*]The turn animation of Aquila now is twice as fast;
[*]Now the label to skip the cutscenes appears when any mapped button is pressed;
[*]The penalty for death is now lower on KNIGHT and EPIC difficulty (5% and 10% respectively);
[*]You don’t lose gold when you exit the stage on the KNIGHT and EPIC difficulty anymore (unless you have 2 or less HP);
[*]Lowered the cost of the upgrades on the Magic Shop ;
[*]Lowered the price of the potions on the Market;
[*]The camera now moves faster;
[*]The knight now moves faster;
[*]Sir Oliver hurt box adjusted.
