Thanks all who have bought our game so far!
We have been reading all bug reports that have been sent to us since the game was released, and have been hard at work finding the cause of the worst of them. The darkness issues in certain areas were early on distinguished as some of the most game breaking bugs, so this patch is here to fix the darkness in certain areas. A few of our fixes added small visual issues, which should be fixed in the next bugfix patch.
[h3]Major points fixed:[/h3]

[*] The rites murals are no longer pitch black, and their images can now be seen, as was intended.
[*] The entrance to the underground has received more lights, to make getting inside easier.
[*] The second maze in the underground has been lit more brightly at parts.
[*] The second maze puzzle (feast path) should now always activate when entering the area.
[*] The entrance to the stairwell maze (rites path) is now more brightly lit.
[*] Ari should no longer glide around on the ground if knocked out.
[*] Throwing an item while punching should no longer stop you from being able to punch at all.
[*] The Monster should now stop chasing you when you are killed (instead of never).
[*] Certain doors in an undisclosed location now have collisions, as they should.
[*] Loading the checkpoint right after the return to the beach cutscene no longer softlocks the game.
