Buy the Beekeeping helmet at the Farm Store, under tools, to harvest the honey. I used a realistic model to simulate honey production - the more crops you have, the more honey you'll get. The more beehives you have, the more your crops will be pollinated. Beehives divide the amount of pollen in the farm between themselves. In this Update I also coded in some framework for a weather and seasons system; rain, fog, clouds, etc. It won't be visible in this update yet but soon it will be! For the next update I'm planning something big - either weather and/or working on the NPCs to make them feel more fully fleshed out individuals.
