ARISE, SLAPPERS

Amarillo's Butt Slapper

Slap it. Turn it. Slap it again. This incredible simulation of the human butt will leave you dizzy with all that bounce. It's an autoclicker, but instead of click, it slap. Way better imo.

It is me, the sculptor of Butts coming with a big spooky update for you.
Crate Lab
In order to make the Butt Crates more valuable, I have created a new menu that will let you exchange them for a new type of limited seasonal Butt Crate: The Spooky Butt Crate. In there, you will find 12 new Halloween-themed Butts. In ascending order of rarity:

Panties Spooky Butt
ThighHighs Spooky Butt
Creature 68 Butt
Ghostly Butt
Jack O Butt
Zombie Butt
Franken Butt
Five Nights At Butt
Ada Devil Butt
Boba Ghost Butt
Clara Mummy Butt
Xeno Butt
For the full drop rates, you can always visit the special website I created with the most up-to-date information. You might need to force a refresh with Ctrl + F5 to make sure you are seeing the latest version.
AMACoin
That's right, my butt destroying machines, you can now become fake-rich with my new fake-money. The whole purpose of this inventory currency is to let you get rid of your vast numbers of Butt Crates and have the ability to get something else in return. For now, you can only use AMACoin to obtain Spooky Butt Crates. In the future I may add other things to spend them on.
Special Butt Crates
It took some elbow grease, but I finally expanded my Butt Crate system to allow for multiple types of Crates. Here is the first of more to come! The Spooky Butt crate gives you a 75% chance to find a limited Halloween-themed Butt. Once you have a limited Butt in your inventory, it will be yours to keep forever. What makes them special is that they will only be generated during this seasonal event.
Quality of life fixes

Better information on Crate drops
I am adding a new widget with a bunch of useful information on the drops mechanics. When opening the pause menu, you'll find it in the bottom-right corner of the screen. It shows a numeric timer for when the game will check for a Crate drop, along with the total number of crates you have received since you last opened the game. At present time, you should get 1 Butt Crate every 10 minutes while in the slapping part of the game (that is, not on the Main Menu). This widget also shows a very important piece of information. Drop windows are not 100% clear to me in the way they work. I can define how many minutes long a drop window is, but I don't know for sure at what exact moment a drop window begins. A drop window is the length of time that it takes your daily drops to reset. Since you can get only 5 Butt Crates per day, that means that at some point that counter will reset back to 0. At which point exactly? My best guess is that the timer will start running once you receive your first Butt Crate in the current window. That is the assumption the widget uses to display the predicted time that the next drop window will begin. It's complex!
Fixes for the save system
A number of slappers have been reporting loss of game progress. This was a headscratcher to fix, but I think I might have finally found the culprit. I will admit my fault here. I am very sorry for the frustrations my save system has caused to many of you. I am changing the way it works. Previously, I was trying to perform saves at many times. One of those was right before the game closed. This worked flawlessly for me and for the majority. Sadly, for some reason, on some systems this seems to have produced corrupted save files, as the game ended being closed right in the middle of the save writting process. In order to fix that, I am now performing saves manually with less frequency, and never at random times. Your progress will be automatically saved when you return to the main menu, or when you purchase an upgrade. For this reason, you shouldn't close the game using the X button on the top right, or by using the task manager. It is definitely far from ideal, but I don't think there are many other things I can do. Saving automatically every X minutes can result in data loss if you happen to close the game right when a save happens. Games usually save your progress automatically at key moments, like when a level ends or when you defeat a boss. In our case, nothing like that happens, and the progress you make gets updated many times per second. Saving with such frequency could be dangerous.
Desktop Pet enjoyer achievement
Since none of my plans involved having thousands of slappers active in the game, my initial offer of 20 free Butt Crates seemed like a great idea. Well, that backfired big time, because thanks to the high number of bots my Crates rapidly flooded the market. For that reason, I have disabled the 20 Butt Crates gift. Nonetheless, the achievement should still be possible to get, so I have added it back to the game. In order to obtain it, go to the credits menu. You'll find a big beautiful button in the last slide. Pressing that will make the magic happen.
Community Market
As most of you know, Valve themselves made the game's economy private, hidding all the market listings and items from your inventories. This was due to the market icons for this game being determined to be inappropriate. I have since corrected all the icons. Your inventories should have been reestablished back to how they were before, with no loss of items. Edit: It seems that the icons aren't updating consistently after all. I'm looking into it right now. I updated all of the yesterday so I imagined they would have refreshed today, but that's not the case. Edit 2: Icons are still not updating. In case the worst happens, and the economy gets made private again, just know that you won't lose your inventory items. You just won't be able to play the game until the economy is public. Edit 3: I managed to update all the inventory icons manually. It's done! We're are safe, slappers. That's it! I'll be monitoring things closely now. Leave your bug reports in the official forum and I will do my best to solve any possible issue that pops up. - The Amarillo Spicy Corporation
