1.6 Update - Minor Control Fixes

Here's some changes introduced from builds 1.5.1a and 1.6: 1.5.1a -Reduced gamepad input lag 1.6 -Control sticks are now fully-compatible! (I still recommend D-pad controls for shmup precision, but the stick option exists for players who want it) -All connected gamepads can be used instead of just gamepad index 0 -Visual clarity update to boss 4 arena -Devolution phase 2's drop bomb attack has a reduced area of effect (RNG made it sometimes unavoidable) -Slight tweaks to achievement descriptions -Enemy bullets no longer hurt player after boss is already dead and fade off-screen A player requested the boss healthbar to be moved behind player bullets, I tested it but couldn't at this time because bullets and enemies exist on the same layer, I would have to re-write the Z-sorting system.
