This has a few minor fixes, including those from 1.03 (which only lived in the beta branch). [list] [*]Fixed healing icon causing log spam (and stutter) on some machines [*]Fixed heavy weapon ammo icons on allied fighters [*]Special projectiles like ECM will handle losing their owner or target (no more hanging in space) [*]Fixed some sound channels not being affected by the volume control (such as UI beeps) [*]Split the camera strafe controls out so they can be bound by separate buttons instead of just an axis.
